The word Lifestyle seems to be a frightening subject for many
people. But let's get it straight right from the start.
Lifestyle refers to the food we eat.
It has nothing to do with our job, where we live,
the way we dress or how we entertain ourselves. Lifestyle change
simply means Improve our diet. Identify and eliminate foods that
are doing the harm. Increase consumption of the foods that will heal.
It has nothing to do with callories, starvation,
fixating on particular food groups or eating
wierd foods we can't stand.
My Lifestyle Change
does not mean life as a vegetarian or
subsiding on tofu and porridge. It focuses on Selection, Preparation and
Menu of the same foods you now enjoy. A Natural Diet Remedy that includes
all the food groups. Meat, fish, eggs, cheese, real butter, nuts, lentils,
grains, vegetables and fruit.

I'm not a person who believes there is any "single" food that will
cure. Foods that have special qualities will do little on their own. For proper
nutrition, you need to eat from ALL the food groups. My concern is with
Quantities, Quality and Preparation. How to regulate the acidity (pH) of
your body to stop the damage. How to heal the damage. How to reverse the
condition that's causing all the damage.
