     The recipes in this collection come from my personal diet. There is nothing fancy, just good wholesome food. Most importantly, they contain NO ADDITIVES whatsoever. Try a few and you might just find that Healthy Eating is not an unpleasant experience at all.

     Maybe you are an expert in the use of Herbs and Spices - I certainly am not - but I'm learning. Liberal use of them can make or break a recipe, so please feel free to adjust and add as you see fit. But PLEASE, use only fresh foods (not packaged). You will be richly rewarded.
